Naked Cowboy Gets Approval to Pursue Lawsuit Against M&M / Mars

art.naked.jpgThis story started back in February, when The Naked Cowboy, a Times Square street performer said he was going to sue M&M/Mars because they made an M&M version of his character at their Times Square store. We thought is was ridiculous then, and since he just got the green light to pursue the lawsuit, we think its even more ridiculous now.

I just think this lawsuit is the most ridiculous thing ever! I think the "naked cowboy" is full of himself and to think his tighty whities are selling for $15 dollars? He's really not that good looking and if he can walk around in those icky undies blinding people with his junk, why can't M&M's make a parody about him or a commerical or whatever they want. I thought this was a free country?! What happened to that. And it doesn't mean he's endorsing M&M's, I would have never thought that, I just assumed they were making fun of a man who thinks what he's doing is truly entertaining.
