TerrAmazon's Line of Raw Cacao Nibs

terr_amazon.jpgWe're seeing more and more cacao nibs out there. Sweet Riot has a nice line, and now we've come across TerrAmazon. They have several flavors, such as pineapple and raisin, and use "criollo," which is one of the rarest and most sought-after varieties of cacao. Cacao nibs can be quite bitter, especially if you're expecting a traditional chocolate flavor. TerrAmazon's are sweetened with sugar cane syrup.

All TerrAmazon products are fair trade, organic and kosher. We haven't tried them yet, but we hear they're at Whole Foods, and you can order from their website.

Thank you Cool Hunting for the heads up!
