Peanut Butter OR Mint Oreo Truffles

1 package of Oreo cookies with peanut butter or mint centers (I used double stuff with no problems)
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
3/4 package of chocolate almond bark
1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
vegetable shortening to thin the dipping chocolate
