Nibchoc - "Chocolate Hit" without any of the bad stuff

According to creator Rachel Niblock, "Nibchoc is designed to provide a satisfying "chocolate hit" without any of the additives found in chocolate. Its made with cacao nibs, from the fruit of the Theobroma Cacao tree, which in their raw state contain over 300 chemical compounds that render them highly nutritious."

What makes the bars sweet (and edible)? Agave nectar. And they're bound together with coconut oil. If you're a diabetic, vegan or coeliac, Nibchoc would be a great option for you.

Chocollider - Chocolate Meets Mosaic

A new concept by Yaroslav Shuvaev, "Energy Chocolate with 4 SKUs , for teenagers, students, and other young people. Two fun mosaic chocolate bars in one package."

Cool idea, and nice packaging, but I have to wonder if chocolate that's made to play around with and make different shapes would be messy. Wondering how easily it melts I suppose.

Love the look of the bar before being broken up though - really beautiful.

The Caramellow is one of the more beautiful and interesting pieces we've seen in awhile. Made up of mellow caramel chocolate and premium milk chocolate, with baby caramel chocolate buttons and florentine squares pressed into the top, as well as a sprinkling of crunchy crushed cinder toffee. And this bad boy is a 1 pound slab - 10" x 6"!
